A book you all might like

Guys,

While going through some of my dad's things I picked up his copy of "HALT! I am a Federal Game Warden" This book is great! Just old tales of chasing outlaws all across the US.

If you can find it buy it, it is a wonderful read.

Bradley

That is so cool that you know the guy.

I have not seen another copy around but I may send you mine to get it signed.
I have to say, it is one of the best outdoor reads I have had in a while.

I saw that book for sale the other day and thought it looked like something I would want to pick up. Now I just have to remember where. The wardens in KY are tough. I was probably checked 1 of every 10 times I went hunting in that state, both on public and private land. I guess it is the hair.

Back when I was living the semi- hippie artist life in Seattle and had hair down to my mid back I hunted with a guy for a full season and got along great. With my hair that long I always wore it pulled back so as not to get it caught in my gun stuck, OUCH.

Well, after the season I went by his house to drop off a call, my hair was down I was in my artist attire.

He met me at teh door with a stern "Can I help you!?"

Never heard from the guy again.

I guess I scared him a bit?
